Program Details
Name
Three G's
Description

A reflection exercise to help residents reflect and remind themselves of the good, the funny and the hopeful.

Here's how it works:

1) Form small groups of two to four people

2) Announce that you would like each person to share their response to three G’s:
– What’s Good in your life?
– What’s Goofy about you?
– What Goal(s) are you aiming to achieve

You could add different G's too: what are you grateful for? What are you good at? What Gets you excited?

2) Allow 2 to 5 minutes for conversation.
